Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply between the operator (the "Operator") of Questa (the "Service") and any person who uses the Service (a "User"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
This is an English translation of the original Japanese terms. In the event of any inconsistency, the Japanese version shall prevail.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to the browsing of the Service's website (including pages under https://questa.tv), Waitlist registration, and the use of other features provided by the Service.
2. Agreement to the Terms
By using the Service, the User agrees to and shall comply with these Terms. If the User does not agree to these Terms, the User must refrain from using the Service.
3. Provided Features
The Service is currently in the development/preparation phase and provides the following features:
- Provision of information about the Service
- Waitlist registration to receive launch notifications and related announcements
- Reception of inquiries
The features, content, and timing of the Service are subject to change without notice at the Operator's discretion.
4. Prohibited Acts
The User shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:
- Acts that violate laws, ordinances, or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal conduct
- Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademark rights, etc.), privacy, portrait rights, honor, or other rights or interests of others
- Registering false information
- Acts that impose an excessive load on the servers or networks of the Service, or attempts at unauthorized access
- Collecting information by automated means (scraping, crawlers, bots, etc.) or equivalent acts, without the prior written consent of the Operator
- Modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, or redistribution of the content, display, or source code of the Service
- Using the Service for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Operator
- Impersonation
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service or that cause disadvantage to the Operator or other Users
- Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- All copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights to the text, images, logos, designs, source code, and any other content posted on the Service (the "Content") belong to the Operator or to the rightful owner.
- The User may view the Content only for personal use.
- Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, etc. of the Content beyond the scope permitted by copyright law (including quotation) requires the prior written consent of the Operator.
6. Handling of Personal Information
The handling of personal information in the Service is governed by the separately established Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
- The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the content of the Service.
- The Operator shall not be liable for any damages (including direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages) incurred by the User in connection with the provision of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Operator.
- The Service is currently in the development phase and may be suspended, modified, or terminated without notice at the Operator's discretion. The Operator shall not be liable for any damage to the User or any third party arising as a result.
- Even if links from the Service to other websites, or from other websites to the Service, are provided, the Operator is not responsible for websites other than the Service or for information obtained from them.
8. Changes to the Terms
The Operator may change these Terms as necessary. When the Terms are changed, the revised Terms take effect from the time they are posted on the Service's website. By using the Service after the change, the User is deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be construed and applied in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- In the event of any dispute between the Operator and the User in connection with the Service or these Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction of first instance by agreement.
